Barry Murphy will discuss existing technology for tablets, laptops and smart phones. He will cover the current latest technologies and their availabilities. Barry will also talk briefly about lighting technologies and the newest LED bulbs.
Barry Murphy has been the owner of Batteries + Bulbs in Birmingham for 15 years.

Topic: Docker Containers:
SIG-Computing Chairman Jeff Marraccini will demonstrate setting up Docker Containers under Ubuntu. From Docker’s website: Docker containers wrap a piece of software in a complete filesystem that contains everything needed to run: code, runtime, system tools, system libraries – anything that can be installed on a server. This guarantees that the software will always run the same, regardless of its environment.
